HCL Excavator Cylinder of Medium Pressure (27.5MPa) has the following features:
● Small size, light weight, and high strength
Adopt the strength and fatigue design according to the load frequency analysis, adopt proper materials for the cylinder block and piston rod, as well as the right welding technology and supersonic fault localization inspection. The cylinder features small size, light weight, high strength and high reliability as the high pressure model.
●Sealing System
The seal system has unique design and it adopts Japan seal ring products of NOK and Busak+Shamban, which can meet the requirements of civil engineering. Thus it can prevent dust pollution, reduce the leakage and gain optimum oil membrane on the piston rod.
● Cylinder block
With the change of thickness of the cylinder block and flange, the internal surface of the cylinder has proper strength and size. It is manufactured with tumbling treatment, and it has good rough degree and surface rigidity, which improved the wear resistance.
● Piston rod
Based on the high frequency quenching treatment, hard chrome and nickel plating, the anti-rust, wear resistance, and anti-scarring capability of the piston rod gets improved. In addition, The CNC tumbling treatment ensures the even veins on the surface and the high degree of finish, and thus provides good oil membrane at the surface and prolongs the service life.
● Safety
Various kinds of valves can be easily installed with various functions like slow return stroke, counting balance, and emergent shutdown according to the needs. And there is buffering device mounted inside the cylinder which can absorb the compact at the stroke end.

HCF Hydraulic Cylinder has the following features:

● Thin pathway, light weight, and high strength. 
It adopts reasonable structure, special welding technology. The second stage cylinder features light weight and convenient fuel supply with the central slide.

● Free assembly. 
The pitching cylinder adopts variable stroke/length system, which can adapt to the tolerance of the back rake. In addition, there is adjustment quantum at the installation position of U-ring, which can make some adjustment during the assembly. The piston end adopts spherical pin bushing, which improves the follow-up characteristic.

● Seal system
The product adopts the seal system of Japan NOK company, which features flexible movement and anti-leakage.

● Cylinder block
The inner side of the cylinder has been dealt with tumbling treatment, featuring flexible movement and more wear resistant.

● Piston rod
Hard chrome plating (special specification) ensures anti-rust and wear resistance. In addition, the CNC tumbling guarantees the even and high degree of finish and thus provides good surface slick and prolonged service life.

● Safety/buffering 
It can be fitted with a special safety valve which will guarantee the safety when the pipe is broken. In addition, the lifting cylinder for 2/3stage has a buffering system for the impact.

● Special valve for forklift truck
Inside the cylinder, there is energy-saving control valve for safe and correct forklift operation and the special flow control valve for the speed control.

● The max. rated work pressure is 32MPa.

● Sealing system
All the hydraulic cylinders produced by our company adopt the seal ring products of Parker, Merkel and Busak+Shamban, which can meet the requirements of construction machinery, mining machinery, hoisting and transportation machinery. The seal system is of unique design, which effectively solves the problems of oil leakage at the piston rod and the dry friction of piston.
● Piston rod
The piston rod is made of high strength carbon steel with precision grinding treatment. With the design concept of improving the rod strength and the high performance heat treatment, hard chrome plating and CNC tumbling, the even veins and high degree of finish of the surface is guaranteed, and it has good oil membrane at the surface, which improves the service life of the seal parts. All the piston rods and piston parts has the safety factor of at least 4:1 at the minimum cross section, and the factor is based on the rated load. 
● Guide sleeve
The sleeve is made of high strength spheroidal graphite cast iron and high strength steel under buffering inner bore copper welding treatment. It can avoid the cementation and pull of steel parts caused by the friction of buffering sleeve and guide sleeve. The support ring of Phenol-formaldehyde material inside the guide sleeve features high bearing capacity, and it can eliminate the contact between the piston rod and guide sleeve. The reasonable collocation improves the side bearing capacity, impact absorption, and the contact area, meanwhile it minimizes the bearing contact stress and prolongs the service life of hydraulic cylinder and seal parts.
● Cylinder block
The cylinder block is made of high strength carbon steel. The internal surface of the cylinder is designed with proper strength, size, and thickness of cylinder body, and it has good degree of finish and rigidity under the tumbling treatment which minimizes the inner friction, improves the wear resistance and prolongs the service life.
● Piston and piston seals
The standard piston is of one-piece steel structure. The firm lock-up between the long screw thread and the steel ball is convenient for the installation and it also guarantees the reliable operation under high speed load. New design of screwing parts greatly improved the cross section where the piston rod bears the axial load and improves the strength of piston rod to the maximum.
The seal structure of piston ensures the normal operation of hydraulic cylinder. And there is dust collecting ring mounted at the front and the back of main seal and support ring, which prevents the piston seals from dust and prolongs the service life.

YGC and YGD series of tie bar hydraulic cylinder are developed based on Parker and Rexroth technologies. YGC is differential cylinder, and YGD is cylinder of constant speed. The products feature light weight, simple structure, reliable operation, easy assembly, convenient repair, and multiple methods of installation, ISO6020/2(1991) and DIN24554 standards, max. work pressure of 7 MPa, 14 MPa, and 21 MPa. All the sealing parts adopt imported Parker and Merker products. Tthe buffering devices at the ends adopt floating bushing and floating buffering collar to ensure the concentricity of the ring gap, featuring good buffering performance which can reduce the impact and noise and prolong the cylinder’s service life. It can set the anti-high-pressure inductive proximity switches at the limit position of the products, featuring compact structure, convenient installation and adjustment.

YGC hydraulic cylinder can be fitted with internally-mounted displacement sensor, which can stop accurately according to the work condition and achieve accurate automatic industrial control under the harmonious work of electric control and the hydraulic system at high speed. The displacement sensor can bear the work conditions of high temperature, high pressure and heavy impact. The cylinders are mainly used in machine tools, woodworker, rubber machinery, steel equipment, plastic injection machine, die casting machine, and offshore/on board installation.

YGC/YGC series of electro-hydraulic servo tie bar cylinders are the new type high technology cylinder produced by our company. There are two types:

1. hydraulic cylinder with proximity switch: there is a inductive proximity switch mounted inside the  front and back cylinder head. The switch can provide indication when the cylinder is fully out extended or withdrawal. The work temperature of this device is －35～＋80℃, and the dynamic pressure on the sensing surface can be up to 30 MP under the sealing pressure. The design of proximity switch is cheap and time-saving and it not easily damaged. The inductive switches are all made in Germany with UL and CE certificate, and the products can work safely under environment of powerful magnetic field (welding equipment and electric motor of big current) and strong vibration(30g, 200Hz). In addition, the switches are also compatible with the programmable controller.

2. Hydraulic cylinder with magnetostrictive linear displacement sensor and servo valve block: the magnetostrictive linear displacement sensor used by GC series of hydraulic cylinder has non-mechanical touch and no position limit, and the work pressure can be up to 35MPa. Usually the piston rod need to be larger than 36mm. The displacement sensor has four kinds of output modes. The sensors are all imported from America. YGD series of hydraulic cylinder can not be mounted with displacement sensor.

The sealing parts of the electro-hydraulic servo cylinder all adopt Germany products of Parker and Merkel. The low friction piston rod seals and piston seals are used for the precise control of acceleration, speed and position under the work condition where there is extreme low friction and non-creepy and high speed. The low friction piston seals are not applicable to the work condition of fixed load.

Exhaust valve
The exhaust valve as an option is installed at the ends. The valve is deep inside the cylinder head and it can not be dismantled randomly.
