Anode crushing machine.

The following design criteria:

· Average throughput:6~40t/hr.

· Being able to crush full sized anodes (1800 x 655 x 655 [mm]).

· Being able to pass an steel stub (dimensions: Ø125mm length:200mm ) through the machine without causing damage to equipment.

· Maximum crushed material size is 150mm.

· Cycle time of one (1) full size anode crushed >60 sec.

· Easy to maintain.

· The machine is to be operated in a dusty, hot and humid industrial environment. (max temp reaching 65°C during summer)

· Noise level max 80dB one meter from noise source.

· Electric equipment to conform to following:

-- 400 V AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz

-- Control voltage 110 V AC, single phase, 50 Hz，The crusher have HPU (Hydraulic power unit) and with all sensors, wiring, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic valves, piping on machine and all other instrumentation

-- Operate the equipment. Information on the hydraulic power

-- Programing of the equipment ins VHE responsibility but a basic FDS (Functional Design Specification) is to be supplied with the equipment.

The machine shall be delivered fully wired with control system.
